At H2Glows, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality and performance of our products—especially our flagship H2Glow Hydrogen Water Bottle—and are committed to ensuring a smooth return or refund process, should you need it.
1. 15-Day “Glow Guarantee”
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within this period—no questions asked.
Note: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@h2glows.com with the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return (optional but appreciated)
- Clear photo/video of the product (if there’s a quality or defect issue)
Our team will guide you through the next steps, including return shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- If your order was paid via Cash on Delivery, we’ll contact you for your bank account details for a direct refund.

- 5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
- We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photo/video showing the issue
- We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
- 6. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging/manuals
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)
- Items returned after the 15-day window (unless defective)
